Menus are regularly updated by restaurant partners to reflect current availability, pricing, and offers.
Images of dishes are for reference only; actual products may vary slightly in presentation.

2. Placing an Order

To place an order:

Select your preferred items and add them to the cart.
Provide accurate delivery details including name, address, and phone number.
Choose your preferred payment method (online payments or COD where available).
Confirm and place the order.

Once placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS or in-app notification.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in your local currency and include applicable taxes.
Final payable amount includes delivery charges (if any) and discounts (if applicable).
We support secure payment options via credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and wallets.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only in select areas and for select restaurants.

4. Order Confirmation & Processing

Orders are subject to restaurant availability and confirmation.
If the restaurant is unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund if payment was made.
Estimated delivery time will be shown before checkout; actual time may vary based on location, restaurant prep time, and traffic.

5. Order Modification or Cancellation

Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified.
Orders can only be canceled within a limited time window or before the restaurant begins preparation.
Cancellation requests can be made through the support team or in-app chat (subject to approval).

6. Delivery Policy

Delivery is handled by our own riders or restaurant partners.
Customers must be available at the address provided during delivery.
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, no refund will be provided.

7. Offers and Discounts

Promo codes and discounts may be offered from time to time.
Only one promo code may be applied per order unless stated otherwise.
Offers cannot be combined or redeemed for cash value.

8. Inappropriate Orders

Drool reserves the right to reject orders that:

Are placed with fraudulent intent
Contain inappropriate or abusive instructions/comments
Appear to be bulk/commercial without prior approval
